Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the respondent.

This is an application for third time extension of temporary bail on the ground of medical treatment. The extended period of temporary bail was over on 02.08.2024. The Court directed the applicant to produce certificate of the treating Doctor as to how much time would require to complete the treatment. 3.

Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai has issued certificate that the applicant would require approximately six months for treatment.

Hence, the application is allowed and temporary bail is extended for six months from 02.08.2024.

After the period of extension is over, the applicant should surrender to the concerned Prison and report the Court. 6.
