The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses B and C as under :- "B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby quash and set aside the selection of respondent No.3 as a dealer to run retail outlet at location "Ramtirth village on Mantha-Lonar Road (category OBC), District Jalna.
C) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby declare that the petitioner is the only eligible candidate and further be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to issue Letter of Intent (LOI) in favour of the
*2* 913wp6697o20 petitioner as a dealer to run retail outlet at location "Ramtirth village on Mantha-Lonar Road (category OBC), District Jalna."

The learned advocate representing respondent No.2 Company submits that the grievance representation of the petitioner is pending with the Company. The petitioner will have to supply/tender supporting documents. If this exercise is completed by the petitioner within two weeks, the Company would decide the grievance representation within a period of four months from the date of tendering all documents, as is prescribed under the brochure for selection of dealers for regular and rural retail outlets dated 24.11.2018.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would cooperate in the light of the statement made above and this petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above statements, this Writ Petition stands disposed off.
