PER COURT :- The petitioner is requesting for issuance of directions to the respondents to take decision on the applications tendered by him on 31.12.2013 and 17.1.2014, in respect of determination and payment of rental compensation.

In the facts and circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 to take decision on the

{2} wp 6044.14 with 7110.14.odt applications tendered by the petitioner, referred to above and determine the amount of rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. The respondent No.2 is expected to deal with the applications and take appropriate decision, in accordance with the scheme formulated by the State Government in that behalf. Respondent No.3 is further directed to disburse the amount of rental compensation determined by respondent No.2 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of such determination.

With the directions as above, writ petitions stand disposed of.
