Learned Advocate Mrs. Vaishali Shinde, submits that she has been appointed by the Legal Aid Sub-Committee to represent the respondent No.2.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that, in the meantime, charge sheet came to be filed before the Special Judge under the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, at Kandhar, Dist. Nanded and therefore, on instructions, he seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to approach the concerned Court. 3.

In view of the said submission, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
