The Petitioner is aggrieved that his Original Application No.350/2022, seeking the deemed date of promotion, has been dismissed by the Tribunal vide the judgment dated 02.05.2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that even if this Court was to allow the Writ Petition and grant the deemed date of promotion to the Petitioner, it would not affect Respondent Nos.6 to 10 in any way. It is, therefore, prayed that notice need not be issued to Respondent Nos.6 to 10, out of
