The learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record a Government Resolution dated 28.07.2022, introduced by the State Government with regard to detenues during the emergency period. He submits that the Government Resolution resolves the issue and redresses the grievance of the Petitioner. The Petitioner, therefore, desires to withdraw this Petition.
