State of Punjab and others, (2011) 11 SCC 396, we would not issue any affirmative direction to any authority since the aspect of encroachment is concerned. We would only expect Respondent No. 2/ District Collector, Jalna, to consider the grievance of the Petitioners in accordance with law and the State policies/Government Resolutions, expeditiously. 2.
