Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application seeking recall of the order passed by this court on 16.06.2015 dismissing the petition for want of prosecution.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed subject to condition of deposit of cost of Rs.5,000/-. The applicant shall deposit the cost amount with the Library of Bar Association within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
