The petitioner herein is aggrieved by failure on the part of Respondent No.2 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar in deciding the proposal submitted by Respondent No.3 Management regarding approval to appointment of the petitioner for the post of Junior Clerk. The proposal was submitted alongwith covering letter dated 08.10.2024 and till date, Respondent No.2 has not decided the proposal.

Considering the fact that the proposal was submitted about nine months ago and there is no decision as yet from respondent no.2, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by issuing specific direction to Respondent No.2.

In view of the above, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner on or before 5th August, 2025. 4.

Learned AGP is requested to inform Respondent No.2 about the directions issued today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
