We have heard Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned A.G.P.

Under order dated 09.04.2019 this Court had directed respondents to start the process for conducting the election from the stage of preparation of voters list within a period of two months.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel submits that the proposal is moved for amalgamation of APMC

(2) 940-ca-6687-2019 & anr Degloor and APMC Hanegaon considering the factual matrix as detailed in the civil application and as such, some time would be required to comply the order of this Court.

Considering the above, we extend the period to comply the order dated 09.04.2019 passed by this Court in writ petition no.5612 of 2018 by six months from the date of application.

Civil Application is disposed of.

6.

In view of disposal of civil application no.6687 of 2019, civil application no.6688 of 2019 also stands disposed of.
