This application is by legal heirs of Namdeo Sonawane i.e. petitioner No.1, who died on 24.08.2022. The application is therefore filed for continuing to prosecute the petition by heirs of petitioner No.1. While filing this application, delay of 42 days is caused. 02.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within four weeks from today.

In view of above Civil Application No.865 of 2023, which is filed for same relief also stands disposed off.
