Writ Petition No.2880/2016 be de-linked from the present Contempt Petition.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Contempt Applicant submits that he is prepared to pay penalty, as directed by respondent authority, and also is willing to tender a bond as required. On completing the necessary formalities i.e. payment of dues towards penalty and tendering of bond, the respondent shall release the vehicle. 3.

The petitioner undertakes to approach the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi, on 21st of March, 2017, with requisite bond and the amount towards payment of penalty. The concerned Officer shall accept the same and release the vehicle on that day itself. 4.

In view of the above, the Contempt Application is disposed of.
