Mr. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Solicitor General for

2 wp 6731.15 respondents submits that, the petitioners have remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that, though Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned counsel sought to canvass the submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same.
