PER COURT :- Leave to add the Scrutiny Committee as party respondents. AGP waives notice for added respondent.

Learned AGP appearing the State, on instructions informs that, the decision in respect of validation of the caste certificate issued to the petitioner would be taken within a period of four months from today. The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 4.7.2016 and as such, no separate notice requiring his presence before the Committee shall be necessary.

Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 Mumbai Housing Area Development Board states that the possession of the flat, sanctioned in the name of the petitioner bearing No.403 in scheme No.232 at Varsova would not be delivered to anybody else and no steps would be taken until a period of four months for re-allotment of the said flat. The aforesaid flat shall be delivered to the petitioner on submission of the validation certificate to respondent No.2 within the time stipulated above.
