The learned Advocate for the University submits on instructions that the proposal at issue in this petition was forwarded with negative remarks by the University as there were several deficiencies. So also, the NAAC accreditation required for entertaining a proposal is ' A'

, whereas the petitioner has the NAAC accreditation of ' B+'

.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that all deficiencies, due to which the impugned order was passed, have been removed and the petitioner/Management would move a fresh khs/May 2022/2340

- 2 - proposal for seeking permission to start the bachelor in Computer Application Course in the petitioner College at Osmanabad, for the academic year 2023-2014.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, if the petitioners tender an application in accordance with the perspective plan and prior to the cut off date for the academic year 2023-2024, the competent authorities would consider the same on it' s own merits.
