We have heard learned counsel for applicants for some time. 2.

The applicants are seeking quashing of charge sheet bearing S.T.C. No. 161 of 2018. It appears that the said charge sheet has been filed in respect of the incident allegedly occurred in the year 2017. Learned counsel for the applicants thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdrew this application with liberty to the applicants to file application for discharge before the trial court. 3.

Leave granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file an application for discharge before the trial court.
