Heard both the sides. The original claimants are seeking condonation of delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court in a proceeding under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the claimants shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of delay of 218 days. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
