I.

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).

The appellants to carry out necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo by bringing on record legal heirs of deceased claimant forthwith.

III.

After bringing on record legal heirs of deceased claimant, the matter be placed before Lok-Adalat scheduled to be held on 7th May, 2022.
