PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. He submits that the impugned directions given by the Respondent Authorities, relying upon the order of the Tribunal, to deduct an amount of back wages (emoluments) payable to the petitioners, out of the non-salary grants adversely affected interests of the petitioners, and therefore, such directions to deduct the amount of back wages (emoluments) from non-salary grants
6239.16WP may be interfered with and the said deduction may be made out of the salary grants.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, during the course of arguments, submits that the petitioner - Management did challenge the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal, however, the said Petition was withdrawn. Therefore, the directions issued by the Tribunal attained finality.

In such circumstances, it is not desirable to exercise the writ jurisdiction. Hence the Writ Petition stands rejected. However, if the petitioners are advised to approach the Respondent Authorities, they can do so.
