Heard learned learned counsel appearing for the applicant acquiring body and learned AGP for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3State at length. Though respondent No.1 served with notice by substitute service, he remained absent.

The applicant-Land Cquairing Body has filed the present applciation and prayed for condonation of delay of 685 days caused in lodging the appeal on administrative ground as some legal opinion was to be sought and after it was received, the appeal came to be filled, due to which delay has been considered. Therefore, considering the administrative exigencies, delay of 685 days caused in lodging the appeal is liable to be condoned. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order.

O R D E R

i. Civil application is hereby allowed ii.

The delay of 685 days caused in filing appeals is hereby condoned.

iii.

Office to register the appeal and place before the court for further action.
