The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's proposal for start of 5th to 7th and 9th to 12th standard is pending with the State Government (page no. 33 and 34). The same is also recommended by the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Mr. Raut, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No. 5. 3.

In case, the proposal of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 1. (page no. 33 and 34), then respondent No. 1 shall take decision
