We direct the petitioner to appear before respondent No. 2 - Committee on 16th June, 2025. We further direct respondents No. 1 and 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.

The aforesaid order is passed by keeping in mind the fact that father of the petitioner is holding Validity Certificate. As such, the Vigilance Cell report from the case of the father of the petitioner can be considered for decision of the claim of the petitioner.
