This Court, while disposing of Writ Petition No. 11996/2015, merely granted liberty to the petitioners therein to make appropriate representation/application to the Taluka Level Committee and instructed to the said Committee to deal with the said application. The order passed by this Court on 17.12.2015 in no way confers any right on the petitioners therein nor can be stated to be adverse to the interest of the petitioner in the instant petition.
