By way of civil application, respondents in the Contempt Petition, who are the Secretary of the Cooperative Department, Joint Registrar and Divisional Registrar as well as the Liquidator, request that in view of the supervening event, the re-structured Committee will have to comply with the order of which disobedience is being alleged.

Without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners, the application is allowed and the members of the re-structured Committee who are the respondent nos. 2 to 8 in the civil applications, are directed to be added as respondent nos. 5 to 11 in the Contempt Petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. On such amendment being made, issue simple notice to the persons being added, returnable on 12.02.2024. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
