It is stated that the issue raised in this Writ Petition stands concluded by the judgment of this Court delivered recently in Writ Petition No.7813/2017 (Chandrakant Gangadhar Yalpalwad vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) decided on 16.06.2017. Both sides agree that the issue is covered by the said judgment and by consent, this petition can also be disposed of with the same directions.

In the light of the above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. We direct Respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to issue the Certificate of Validity to the Petitioner with corrected spelling "MANNERVARLU" within a period of TWO WEEKS from the date of receipt of this order.
