Pursuant to the notice ordered by this Court, the Administrator i.e. Sub-Divisional OfÏcer, Kannad and the Chief OfÏcer, Municipal Council, Kannad are physically present in the Court.

We have heard Mr. Girase learned Government Pleader for respondents to whom we have directed yesterday to communicate the aforesaid order to the said ofÏcers. 3.

Mr. Girase, on instruction from the both the ofÏcers, submits that the running bill and the compliances that were required under the work order, were not brought to the notice of the Chief OfÏcer so also the Administrator. So as to substantiate

908 WP NO.7042.2025 -2the said contentions, he has relied on certain documents which are annexed not only with the petition but also the measurement book which is certified by the City Engineer, was informed to have been not brought to the notice of the aforesaid ofÏcers. The fact remains that the work is sought to be executed by the petitioner under the work order which is part of the record.

In this background as suggested, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the Administrator with all the relevant documents by Monday i.e. on 16.06.2025. The Administrator i.e. Sub-Divisional OfÏcer alongwith Chief OfÏcer of the Municipal Council shall carry out the field visit and cause verification. The appropriate decision as regards the processing of the running bill of the petitioner accordingly be taken and communicated within a period of one week thereafter. 5.

With above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
