1. We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the non applicants. Vide the present Civil applications, the applicant is seeking permission to deposit amount of compensation as directed by this court vide order dated 26.09.2015 and also seeks continuation of interim order. Learned counsel for the non applicants does not raise any objection for allowing the said prayer. In the light of that the applications are allowed.

The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation as directed by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2014 within two weeks from today. In case the said amount is deposited within two weeks from today, the interim order of stay shall stand continued. The applications are disposed of.
