It is an application for stay moved by the applicant/acquiring body. 2.

Heard Ms Ashwini R. Mate, learned counsel for the applicant/acquiring body, Mr A.B. Kale, learned counsel for the original claimant and Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the State/respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the acquiring body has deposited the compensation amount as per the order passed by this Court and complied with it. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed.

ORDER

(i) The application for stay is hereby allowed.

(ii) The interim stay granted by this Court dated 2nd August, 2019 is hereby made absolute till final disposal of the appeal.
