These matters are placed before today's Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

Mr. B. V. Virdhe, the learned A.G.P. for the applicant/State with Mr. Laxmikant Prakash Satalkar, Sub-Divisional Officer, Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon, on behalf of the Collector, Jalgaon, are present. Ms. Sakshi Kale, Advocate holding for Mr. A. B. Kale, learned counsel for the respondent/claimants is also present. 3.
The learned A.G.P. states that the applicant do not want to proceed with the matters as per Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4, dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum, dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution. Hence, leave granted to withdraw the matters. The applicant/State undertakes to deposit the amount of the impugned Award within six months from today with the Reference Court, if not deposited yet. 4.
The Civil Application/s filed by the applicant/State, if any, stand/s disposed of.

In above terms, the First Appeals Stamp stand disposed of as withdrawn.
6.
The court fee paid, if any, be refunded to the Government as per rules.
