The learned Additional Government Pleader states that, the petitioner has remedy of appeal under Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1961. 2.

In the present case, the order is passed by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and not by the Chief Executive Officer. 3.
