The petitioner has claimed salary for the period from 1.4.2014 till 28.7.2014 for which period, according to the petitioner, she has worked in respondent No.1 school.

There was an earlier litigation, Writ Petition No.64/2015 in which also, along with other reliefs, the petitioner had claimed salary for the period from 1.4.2014 till 28.7.2014. While deciding Writ Petition No.64/2015, by Judgment dated 28.7.2015 this Court granted certain reliefs to the petitioner, however, had not granted the prayers for payment of salary for the period from 1.4.2014 to 28.7.2014. In view of this, in our view, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence the petition is dismissed.
