The permission granted to the petitioner to run school is canceled by respondent no.3. The petitioner filed an Appeal.

The learned counsel submits that the Appellate Authority directed the Divisional Deputy Director of Education to take decision as per Government Resolution dated 18.04.2013.

Pursuant thereto, the petitioner has filed application before respondent no.3 on 31.07.2020, but respondent no.3 has not taken any decision. 4.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 5.

In case, representation of the petitioner (Page No.21) as contended is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide
