After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel, therefore, came around for withdrawal of the application.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Since it is informed that charge has been framed, the trial Court is, therefore, requested to expedite the hearing and conclude the same within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
