Mr. Nirmal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. However, pursues this Court to expedite hearing of pending appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for respondents submits that he has no objection, if hearing is expedited and also assures that respondent co-operates for early disposal of the appeal. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with directions to the Sub Divisional Officer, Vasmat, to conclude final hearing of the appeal bearing No.33 of 2017, within a period of three (3) months from today. 4.
