Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for the complainant.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.112 of 2023, registered at Majalgaon Rural Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC and Sections 37(1)(c), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The facts of the case reveals that both parties were fighting against each other. There were counter reports and the history of the criminal cases. The applicant himself
appeared before the police with the alleged weapon. It was seized. The injury report reveals that the applicant suffered the simple injuries. He has been discharged from the hospital. Considering the completion of material investigation against the applicant and the way, in which, the quarrel took place, the Court is of the view that his further detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant SHRINIVAS @ BALU PRALHAD KALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.112 of 2023, registered at Majalgaon Rural Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC and Sections 37(1) (c), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) He shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing the charge sheet.
(c) He shall stay away from village Govindwadi, Taluka Majalgaon, District Beed for two months from the date of his release.
(iii) Criminal application No.1980 of 2023 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
