PER COURT :- The petitioners are objecting to the electoral roll published by the State Election Commission, for the purpose of holding election to Village Gram Panchayat. It is informed that, the programme of election has been already published. The petitioners raised objection on 4.2.2015, which has been duly considered by the Tahsildar and decision in regard to objection has been declared on 9.6.2015. Petitioners are not satisfied with the decision and contend that, the names of the persons from ward No.1 have been shown in ward No.4. It is noticed that, such objection is not spelt out in the written objection dated 4.2.2015. Since the programme of election is already set in motion, no interference is called for.
