The limited grievance raised in the petition is that, though the representation dated 1st December, 2014 was submitted by the petitioner to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, praying therein for transfer of the petitioner, the same is not decided.

We direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon to decide the said representation of the petitioner at an appropriate time during general transfer, as per the policy / guidelines.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
