1] On hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of present writ petition by directing respondent no.3 - Deputy Director of Education to forward the proposal of petitioner to the State Government for permission to shift its secondary school, as the same is pending in spite of recommendation by the concerned authorities since March, 2017, specifically in the background of commencement of

WP 7656/17 - 2 - new academic session from 14.6.2017 itself.

2] Respondent - State Government to decide the said proposal, if already forwarded, as early as possible in accordance with law and preferably within four weeks from the receipt of communication from respondent no.3. 3] Petition is disposed of accordingly.
