Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of respondent No.1 i.e. the registered owner on record, who admittedly died on 23.06.2014, by condoning the delay of 2832 days. 2.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses-B and C.

The applicants are directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
