The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the Government has taken a policy decision to grant reimbursement of fees to such students who were required to take admission in the private Medical Colleges upon implementation of reservation to SEBC and EWS category. If this reservation would not have been implemented, the applicant would have got admission in the Government Medical College.

Till the writ petition is taken up for admission and heard, the respondents shall not take coercive action against the applicant on the ground of non-payment of fees for the M.B.B.S. course. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
