The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the financial assistance. The affidavit is filed by the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to the effect that the scheme pursuant to which the financial asisstance claimed by the petitioners itself is closed. 3.

As the scheme itself is closed, the grievance of the petitioners can not be considered.
