Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that after long drawn litigation while this writ petition is pending, amount of the share of the petitioner has been paid to him, although amount lying with respondents in respect of other persons who were parties to writ petition bearing no. 10931 of 2014 has not been disbursed to them.

In view of aforesaid, since purpose of petitioner gets worked out and learned Assistant Government Pleader states that concerned officer would take appropriate steps for disbursal of amount which is stated to have been deposited, there is no reason to continue with writ petition. 4.

Writ petition, accordingly, is disposed of.
