We have heard Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent no.4, Mr. Karlekar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 and 2.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it appears that petitioners are granted

affiliation by the University for five years B.S.L. LL.B. Course. The inspection has not been made as yet by respondent no.4-Bar Council. The same is required to be done as per the contention of the learned counsel. It is further submitted that the admission process would start within two days and will be concluded by 31.07.2019. The petitioners pray for temporary approval.

The college to be commenced by petitioners is new college.

Considering the above, we direct respondent no.4 to carry out inspection as required under law on 05.07.2019. The decision shall be taken by respondent no.4 for grant of approval/temporary approval by 08.07.2019. The petitioners may also represent itself before respondent no.4.

Considering the exigency of the matter, respondent no.4 shall abide by the stipulation of time.

Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
