The petitioners are seeking regular appointments as Primary Teachers on regular pay scale in accordance with the government resolution dated 01-03-2014. Their representation (Exhibit - E) is pending with the respondent no. 2 dated 03-05-2023. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioners' representation and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks in accordance with the policy.
