After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the relief. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around to withdraw the application.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to commence the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the same within eight months thereafter. The material witnesses be examined at the earliest. The applicant would be at liberty to move again after a period of six months.
