Heard learned advocates for the parties.

So far as request under prayer clause "A" is concerned, the Supreme Court appears to have seizin over the matter and, as such, civil application is not entertained to that extent. However, so far as request under prayer clause "B" is concerned, the same stands granted. Place Arbitration Appeal No. 1 of 2017 for hearing on 6th September, 2018.

Civil application, as such, is partly allowed to the extent as aforesaid and is disposed of.
