PER COURT :- The challenge raised is in respect of constitution of a village development committee, after general elections to the village panchayat. The tenure of earlier village development committee came to an end on expiry of the term of the elected body of the village panchayat. There is no error in law, in constituting village development committee after holding general elections of the village panchayat. If at all the petitioners have any entitlement in respect of the amount which they alleged to have spent from their own pocket, it would be open for them to take recourse of remedies available in law.
