Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the grievance raised in the petition was about non-filing of the charge-sheet. He further submitted that post filing of the petition and during the pendency of the same, the chargesheet has been filed and as such, the petition has been rendered infructuous and prays for withdrawal of the same. 2.

In view of above, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
