PER COURT :- Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the amount under award could not be deposited within the time prescribed by the Court. The learned Counsel further submits that the cheque of the awarded amount is received by him and he will deposit the same in the Registry within one week. In view of the statement so made, the applicant is permitted to deposit the awarded amount. Time for depositing the amount is extended accordingly. Registry to accept the cheque.

Learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that an application will be filed after taking instructions from the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2 in application for condonation of delay as well as in First Appeal on Stamp. Stand over to 04.09.2018.
