Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.27,25,198/- has been deposited by respondent No.1. The award has been challenged for the quantum of compensation. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that sole earning member of the family of the applicant has expired, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount by applicants.

From the said deposited amount, amount of Rs.6,00,000/- be given to applicant No.1 in the form that out of the same 2,00,000/- be kept in Fixed Deposit Receipt of any Nationalize Bank for a period of three years and rest be given to her by cheque. 4.

Applicant Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 be given amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the form that 50% of the same be given to them by cheque and 50% be kept in Fixed Deposit Receipt of any Nationalize Bank of their choice for a period of three years.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
